I am a black girl and I want to get my hair dyed and also get a wave nouveau [a curly perm]. Is this a good idea? and if it is, which one should I do first?

the wave nouveau sounds like a good idea, but i wouldn't get anything more than a couple highlights or a shade of darker brown with your hair color.
I have the wave nouveau I'm just trying to find out after a month's time can you put a perm in the color in
